As I said before, I haven't had a chance to practice speaking in English.
Since I haven't seen any improvement in my English, I need to change my lifestyle.

I tried to do a language exchange today.
I took a train to go to Rhodes Station with a train ticket ($6.40).
Actually, I went to the same station to go to IKEA a couple of days ago.
I took the Northern line this time.
It went to Hornsby via Macrquarie Park and University.
This was the first time and I expected to see the University, but
the station was covered with a tunnel and I couldn't see anything.
I changed trains at Epping Station.

Anyway, I had a good practice with a student whp belongs to University of Sydney.
As you know, if you want to improve your skills, you always need to look for someone
who is better than you in terms of language skills.

Here are some new phrase(s) that I have come across in daily life.
1. weeny (on TV)
= extremely small
2. lapdog (on TV)
= a person who is under the control of another person or group
3. pry (on TV)
= to try to find out information about other people's private lives in a way that is annoying or rude

If you read this diary, please click on the three buttons below. Thanx!!
