The Japanese yen has become weaker recently.
After the big earthquake, the yen dropped temporarily to 76 yen against A$1.
The amount kept decreasing, as of yesterday it was 87 yen to 1 Australian dollar.
The difference of 11 yen is a big difference as you know.

Last January when I exchanged Japanese Yen to Australian dollars,
the exchange rate was around 82 yen.

If I changed my tuition fee of $20,300 Australian dollars to Yen at the current rate,
it would be a 10,1500 yen difference.
That is a big difference, isn't it?
If you have a job in Australia now, it's very beneficial

Here are some new phrase(s) that I have come across in daily life.
1. rash (in a newspaper)
= acting or done impetuously, without careful consideration
2. petulance (in a newspaper)
=
3. go with the flow (on TV)
= to be relaxed and not worry about what you should do
