The other day, I got a comment from my younger sister on my blog.
I was so busy that I have not had a chance to reply to her yet.
I will write to her here instead.

She has just started to run a nice Japanese style restaurant.
After she trained in Switzerland for a long time, she got married to a chef.
She then moved to a different prefecture, which is in the middle of Japan.
They seem to have a good start!!

The restaurant serves Kaiseki Ryouri, but I think there is no specific word for it in English.
My dictionary said it is 'an elegant Japanese meal served in delicate courses,'
So it's kinda an expensive style.
That is totally different from what I usually eat...
It costs around US$30 for lunch and around US$60 on average,
and you can get yummy food for sure.
If you want to try their food, let me know.
You might get "a wee bit" of discount, an extra dessert or something. (j/k) haha

I really miss Japanese food.
So when I go back to Japan, I will go get nice food there for sure

Here are some new phrase(s) that I have come across in daily life.

1. fling (in a newspaper)
=
2. hooray (in a newspaper)
= goodbye
3. flutter (in a newspaper)
= (of your heart, etc.) to neat very quickly and not regularly

If you read this diary, please click on the white button and the black button. Thanx!!
