Last Thursday, I walked for two and a half hours.
It was because I wanted to go to the Harley-Davidson shop in Sydney.
I am really into the motorcycles.
I walked there because there is no bus that goes there.
I didn't mind it since I love walking.

The shop is not located in the CBD, so I had to go to a suburb called "Alexandria".
I got lost on the way out, so it took 90 minutes.
The area is full with factory outlets, so I was able to enjoy window shopping.
Each store is so large and they are lined up side by side.
So even though I walked and walked, it took a long time to get to my destination.
When I saw Harley's orange signboard, I was very happy.
However, I ended up staying there for only 15 minutes or so...

In our lives, it takes lots of time to build up things, but they always fade quickly. haha
Please take a look at one of the picture that added value to my 150 minute walk.

Here are some new phrase(s) that I have come across in daily life.

1. spree (in a newspaper)
= a short period of time that you spend doing one particular activity that you enjoy, but often too much of it
2. whinge (in a newspaper)
= to complain in an annoying way
3. hit the skid (in a newspaper)
= begin a rapid decline
