There is an event called 'SMASH' at the Sydney Convention Centre.
It is a one-day celebration of Japanese pop culture, comics, cartoons and videogames.

It is the happiest event for fans to celebrate Japanese pop culture.
Since my previous roommate loves Japanese cartoons such as 'Naruto' and 'Bleach',
I took him to the event.
He was very excited to see with people wearing different kinds of costumes
and asked me to take pictures with them. haha

Some of my other friends from Asian countries also know heaps about them.
Although I am not interested in it very much anymore,
I realised again that this kind of Japanese culture is really popular in other countries.
