My camera broke near the end of June.
Last weekend, my camera finally came back from the repair shop.
A clerk said it was supposed to take two weeks, but it actually took six weeks.
Why did it take such a long time?

It cost $435 in total.
Did I get ripped off big time?
You might think that I should have just bought a new one.
That's true, but I might get some compensation from an insurance company.
I don't like the idea of going out right away to buy something new
when something is wrong with my stuff.
My Nikon D-40, she is very old but still attractive. haha

I missed taking pictures on my break,
but I will take as many pictures as I can for the rest of my life in Australia.

Here are some new phrase(s) that I have come across in daily life.
