I joined another cooking class.
A new teacher came to class, and she created a professional atmosphere.
She seemed to be an expert but hadn't appeared as a master chef on TV. haha
She was very energetic and cheerful.
She played an important role in cooking as a teacher as well as a facilitator.
I felt this was a very necessary role to play as a teacher.
I learned how to set a table like restaurants do as well as how to cook.

Although we spent more time than usual,
in fact we made a wide variety of food that was really delicious.
We cooked Turkish Chicken, Cous Cous Salad, Corn fritters, Corn and cheese muffins,
and Chocolate Cake with chocolate glaze.
I am really looking forward to next time. haha

Here are some new phrase(s) that I have come across in daily life.

1. horn-rimmed (in a newspaper)
= with frames made of material that looks like horn
2. quo (in a newspaper)
=
3. rash (in a newspaper)
= an area of red spots on a person's skin, causde by an illness or a reaction to sth
