Last night I had just a glass of wine just before going to bed.
So, I didn’t have a hangover, but I didn’t feel like doing anything today.
I wondered if it is because of the alcohol.

I just spent most of my time reviewing some notes from the last class I had
and surfing the Internet.
Since I have plans this weekend, I had to study as much as I could.
That thought made me feel worse.
Or did the feelings just come because of the intense mid-term assignments?

I heard that drinks also lead to lack of sleep and they sometimes cause a kind of depression.
Is it true
I’m usually Ok, but today was different.
Anyhow, I'm sure the alcohol killed a few brain cells and made me a little more stupid.
No doubt that is the case though. haha

Here are some new phrase(s) that I have come across in daily life.

1. pimp (in a newspaper)
= to get customers for a prostitute
2. plump (in a newspaper)
= make or become full and round
3. rampage (in a newspaper)
= a sudden period of wild and violent behaviour, often causing damage and destruction
