Do you have something you struggle with in your daily life
I think people usually have that kind of thing, right?

I really want to change my lifestyle and character as well.
I really hope I can make these changes every day.
But it is difficult for me to do that. I feel very stressed out.

It may be easy for you to change something which is a part of your life,
but some factors are hard to change.
Sometimes it may be pride, a sense of stability or something like that.
However, I need to take a risk.
Otherwise nothing will change.

What do you think?
Do you have any good strategies?

Here are some new phrase(s) that I have come across in daily life.
1. chirp (on TV)
= (of small birds and some insects) to make short high sounds
2. quack (on TV)
= the sound that a duck makes
